I have been "testing" for a couple years now and the hobby has gotten very time consuming.. Funny how the art of stealing a sat dish signal now has words like testing and hobby attached to it.. Anyway I would love to hear from those who know what PPV and channels 594-598 are all about...     | ||

Hehe ppv=pay per view the channels I think most 13 year old boys would charge their parents DTV account. I love this one... DTV BILL PBTV But Mom....it was a special program offered to support the underfunded Public Broadcasting Service. ------------------ | ||

DRRMan.... Yes I have noticed the "quality" of programming has jumped also! You must be a dealer.. I think I would be toast without the good sub bin I have.. No you can't have it but I might be comming to you for another soon.. So care to tell what script you use and if it takes updates? | ||

I have a private 3m that i concocted a year or so ago, pretty tough shit to write and i have taken numerous programming classes in college. And yes, my 3m does take the updates, its not stealthed. If you have a shit load of cards out there, there's no other way than to leave the card open to receive the updates. I have three valid bins, but im stingy with them!! | ||

Dlady, what most of us do here is illegal, shit, steroids aren't legal are they? Shit, its not like there are only a handful of people out there doing this. Its the stupid programmers at DTV who should be at blame for producing a smart card with measely 64 bit encryption and only 1 ATR. They know they messed up, and as long as DTV can program my card over the phone line, i will program it with my computer!! | ||

talk to me bros!!! My house has 5 Sony Dtv set up and the bill is huge!!! Platinum Package and Football Package. Plus we keep cable for the modem. Unfortunatly the units use an "HU" card. They all have football players on them and not the "satellite" Does anyone have a "real" HU fix??? I have been looking for a reliable source and have been told it is impossible for now. anyone??? | ||

no, they don't send ECM's out everyday, they send out kill signals for cancelled or unsubscribed H cards each and every day, thats why you "clone" the card with a valid subbed H card, and therefore you have free tv day in and day out till that "cloned" card is cancelled. As for the Hu, a place called NorthStat in Canada has broken the ZKT of the Hu card (zero knowledge test) and have devised a way to extract the image of an Hu card as to where you can put it on a H card, so we are gonna be in business for a while to come anyways! | ||

Hey I had a reprogrammed "H" card. I popped it in and all channels worked. It lasted 15 minutes before it said "searching for signal" I need a HU card fix. Anyone have the site for that place in Canada. For other chat board about test card. Go to Yahoo. In the search type "dss test cards" About a thousand show up!!! | ||

www.northstat.com, you still have to have an H card, you only use the cam ID off of the Hu card, which they are very proud of(very expensive) | ||
