Some days I have to get up at 5 am, When its time to go home al I can think about is that bed. But, I get up and feel all groggy and out of it. Its a vicious cycle.. . You take naps because you are tired, then you cant get to sleep till late, then you dont get much sleep again. Uggh.

Don't take naps. Just go to sleep by like 9pm. It sucks, but then you get 8 hours, more REM sleep than you would get in napping. I get up at 5:30am and try to get to sleep by 9:30pm. If I lift, and end around 9pm I'm ready to sleep. Or try a hot shower, that helps to relax you to go to sleep.

i'm totally part of that vicious cycle. i get up everyday at 6:30am and i am the anti-morning person. i lift right after work and i usually get back to my apartment at about 6:30-7pm and all i can think about is how much i look forward to napping. then i crash out until about 9pm or so and get up and make dinner. i get back to sleep around 1:30-2am. it's perfect though for when i go out drinking during the week because i can stay out late and not be too screwed up when the morning comes. i don't mind it too much, i love napping. nothing good is on tv until later anyways, plus thick dawg's mom doesn't get home from whoring until late so i like to be up when she gets home.

I get nine hours of sleep during the week and on weekends I take naps and get 10 hours of sleep. Since I am a competitive body builder, I need more sleep than most. So a 2 hour nap on the weekends is awseome.

Shit I wake up at 7am and go to bed round 10-11 and still wanna take naps. 15 minutes refreshes me and I'm back into the mix.

Up at 5:30am for cardio, to work by 8:00am...
nap at 10:50am till 11:15 am, more work... nap at 12:50pm till 1:30pm(unless kik calls), more work... nap at 2:50pm till 3:15 pm, more work, leave work at 4:00pm.
Go to the gym, eat, be verbally molested by onekikasswoman (hey, Im not complaining!), yadayada, bed between 10:30pm and as late as 12:00...

work has been sheduleing me 32 hours during school weeks with 3 closes so i dont get to bed till 2 then up at 6 its nuts im sleeping whenever and wherever i can school bus either way its nuts

I have a life without her in my day... just not much of one. The phone is off the hook right now so I can get some rest.
Crap, shes ICQing me now... (damn, give me 2 minutes to myself woman!)

oh well, 4 more days and I'll straighten her ass out!
