Save the smart ass resonses...what muscle group pisses you off the most to workout....which one do you get pumped to workout?
Best-Abs and Shoulders.....pain is good!
Worst-squats...wanna throw up after and get pissed off just doing them

LOVE leg day....squats, presses, curls, extensions...working the calves too...god help me I get off on leg day...before, during and after....just thinking about it.....sure, I feel nauseated during and after, but, anything worth having, doesn't come without some pain.......
hate chest.....despise it......don't talk to me at the gym on chest day.....

i absolutely detest back day and doing seated rows. for me it's almost a pointless exercise because i have weak arms and my arms wear out first and my back gets basically no work out. i am never sore after back day. :/
my favorite exercise is dips because it works the chest and tris, my two favorite muscle groups. plus it just feels good doing them.

I guess my favorite would have to be shoulders and tricepts. The day I do tricep is kind of a busy day but i still enjoy them. Shoulders are great because...well its nice to feel the burn in the shoulders plus I do them afer work on saturday nites when the gym is almost completely empty and I'm the only person there.

That is so true kick.. But X you got to learn to "Change up" or else you just get all disproportionate and doing it "mid-stroke" works really well too.

worst: bi's, cant ever seem to get a good pump and they dont seem to grow even though they are... they just dont seem proportiond to the rest of me.
