There is no way Coleman can match Ruhl's Chest, Delts, harndess, and density. Ruhl has that craziest split on his chest when he does a front lat spread. Kinda like the split Franco had. Also, he has to have the freakiest delt ever. They stick out like 1 feet even when he's relaxed. They look like damn I beams. Also, I have never seen that kind of hardness and density on any bodybuilder. (Dorian Included) I say the only parts Coleman has on Ruhl is lats, and bis. Although Colemans bis are not actually bigger, just better peaked and split. Ruhl has Coleman on everything else though. The only weakness Ruhl has is that his tris and not that thick.     | ||

Slow down there bro, first Ronnies symmetry vs. Ruhl is no match, Ronnies legs makes Ruhl look like he doesnt even train them, Ronnies arms and back compared to Ruhl is no contest. Ruhl does have an awesome chest and delts, with a nice bicep but his overall package isnt there along with his lack of muscle maturity. ------------------ | ||

Muscle maturity. Are you kinding. Ruhl is much denser and harder. I dont think coleman legs are better than Ruhls. In fact I think Ruhl has better legs. Ronnie over package is very lacking also. I just cant get over how a person with a genetic defect such as a four pack can be MR Oympia. If we talk in terms of a flawless physique I saw Ray looks better. He has no weaknesses. At previous contests he was said to not have the density and muscle maturity of the other competitors and I thought that before I read it, now he may win some shit in the Future if he lives till then but right now he doesnt deserve top 5. ------------------ | ||

His arms are nowhere near coleman's. He may be massive, but he doesn't have the muscle bellies or tie-ins to be in the top 3. And his back, don't even kid yourself... | ||

Ruhl is uglier but not freakier. Ronnie has a better back, arms, quads, hamstrings, and symmetry. Ruhl only has better calves and chest with a 50 inch waist. If a 50 inch waist is what you call freaky than yeah he wins. | ||

Again- he doesn't have the symmetry, definition, or muscle tie-in as Coleman. He has no V-Taper, and he has a golfball navel fron GH abuse. He's big and blocky. | ||

Coleman gives better head to the judges must be the nigger lips. ah ha ha ha just kidding. Coleman has way better symmetry than rhul and his arms and legs way better. smaller waist, thicker back, etc. etc. it has nothing to do with race. Ruhl does have nicely shaped shoulders, but he's not much to look at in terms of overall symmetry. Compared to Ruhl, Coleman looks like a slim and toned model boy. Yo, Valdez, edit your N***** remark. It's not funny, bro. | ||

have to admit, Ruhl looks freakier. That guy really is a monster. Coleman will get it though because he is more symetrical and he is returning champ. Not fair... |

he was very close to the Olympia title a couple years ago. he has gotten a little "aged" looking. I think he should have won the year dorian left, oh well.
