I did legs like I've never done them before. Usually I do half of what I did yesterday and for the rest of that day and the following few days I cant walk.

Well today I'm walking fine. I feel a little sore but nothing that can stop me from walking. The only thing I did differently is warm up with 5 minutes on the bike and stretch out before each set. Could the stretching be the reason I'm not sore?

I feel as if I didn't accomplish anything due to no soreness....DAMMIT!

Extreme soreness is not the sign of a good workout, it usually means your warm up was worthless or didnt exist in the first place. I usually warm up before legs for about 15 minutes, 7 minutes on the bike, stretching, high light reps on leg extensions, curls and adductor machine then I hit squats. Also a leg workout without squats isnt a leg workout, its a bitch workout and shows you have a weak will.

Like I've said before I have dislocated my left knee twice and it can't handle heavy weights....BUT, I squatted yesterday and did more weight than I've ever done before and did 4 sets at 10-10-8-8. My legs were burning while doing extensions and were sore during squats but I feel fine now. Maybe its a combination of the stretching, the warming up and the AS- but I was looking forward to pain.

Obviously not being sore is nothing to complain about though. So I should just quit my bitching.
