I had leg day on Saturday. I took what Havoc said about leg days and working out at a high intensity level, yada yada yada. I hit my legs harder than I thought possible at this level. Does anyone else feel like they are going to puke after leg day? I could barely walk up the steps to my house. Its now Monday, and my glutes to my ankles are burning still. Ibuprofin has been my best friend the last two days. You gotta love it tho! I can't wait for the next leg day! ------------------     | ||

At least I work my legs Thick. I'd rather go thru the pain then have little bird legs like yours. Twigboy! My GF told me I was walking around like her grandpa. Johnny she used to let me do it to her when we first started dating. After the Honeymoon stage wore off, she just kindof slacked off. Is this what marriage is like? None of you have answered my question! Do you get sick to your stomach on leg days Thick doesn't have to answer cause he doesn't lift hard enough to break a sweat. He just stands in front of the mirror blowing kisses to himself. Then he hangs out in the shower for an hour just to look at ass. ------------------ | ||

Marriage is like that.. when I first got together with my present partner we used to do everything alot.. things calmed down lot after about 4 years. And yes I get sick after leg day, and sometimes during. However ONLY if I do deadlifts do I get sick. | ||
