i sent away for a free shaker cup at www.scitecnutrition.com and i got that with 2 samples of a MRP..FREE=GOOD...also if u sign up for M+F in last months issue u can get one too...does anyone else know any other places where u can get free shaker cups, shirts, or sample or protein and creatine..??
