My license is gonna be suspended very soon b/c of 2 unpaid tickets i got 2 yrs ago. I sent them back to plead not guilty and I never got a court date and now they're trying to make me pay $290 for 2 tickets!!!!! They can suck it b/c I'll go get a Jersey license...lol ------------------ | ||

Okay, it is the law here. If your license is suspendid in one state it will show up in another as suspended as well. If they put out a warrant for your arrest for unpaid tickets, you will be entered into the NCIC data base which means if you get stopped for any reason, even if walking and they run your name, you will go to jail. If I am not mistaken you can still go to court on those tickets. Just go down to the court house and tell them you want a court date. Or have a lawyer do it for you. Either way you should take care of it. As for not being allowed to drive your car. You are lucky he did not take you to jail. Driving on suspended license, is a misdemeanor as well as operating a motor vehicle without current registration. Both arrestable offenses. If you would have been the least bit lippy towards me If it had been me that pulled you over, I would have arrested you and tossed your car from here to hell looking for anything illegal. chesty | ||
