Where I work, all the employees are stressed out bigtime because our boss yells at us over the slightest little thing. Few minutes later and she's all smiles again as if nothing has happened, but the damage has already been done. Socially, she's great and is very kind and caring. She's also a butch lezzy, not that that's of any relevance. How do I respond next time she bawls me out? Peace. Arnie     | ||

Kiwi, First I just love kiwi...hmmm GOOD! Now to your question. GO TO HR and have her written up for verbal harrassment. Yes, you can do this these days. All you are doing is standing up for your rights not be treated like shit. I had a boss that was a real pisser and had him written up for it. And if your in CALI, make a workmans comp claim for stress due to verbal abuse, that shit will tie this prick up FOR YEARS! I know this is a touchy area, because you're thinking that your boss will want you gone for causing her trouble. HR policies should be set that your identity is protected in these matters. Also, get a co-worker of yours to go with you and file a joint complaint, there is power in numbers. ------------------ | ||
