At 5:25am last night I was half asleep and strentch out my body and flex just as normal. I am in bed mind you. As soon as I flex my leg, the right calf locks in place and spasms. I mean it just freaks out and I can not unlock my leg. It hurts to. So here I am for about 15 seconds now in full body spasm cause I dont know what the fuck is going on. I wake up dread lady in the process. She says that it used to happen to her years ago whenever she flexed her calfs. She has got these wonderful running calfs. Now, it does not happen to her. She said it usuall would happen if she was dehaydrated. So now, I am limping around the house cause i cant flex that calf real well. sucks ![]() ![]() ![]()

You're not on clen are you? In my experience clen will dehydrate you, and you need something to re-balance your electrolytes. Diet tonic water with quinine worked wonders for me. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I get that sometimes too. I don't do much running...maybe 2 or 3 days a week. Its usually in my left calve, I just flex and then cannot unflex it and It hurts really bad and I begin to panic. I thought i was the only one with this problem hehe. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I imagine the quinine in tonic water will help regardless of what you are taking... in the 1800's the doctors use to give quinine for cramps. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

i used to be a track & field athlete, 100m and 200m was my game, and i was kinda good. anyway, this cramping comes because strainious exercise has been done, and not enough water taken in. thats what ussually causes most cramps (or so ive ben told, i dont really know shit). so drink you cup man, oh and tell dread lady to take her running calves over to my place so i can check them out. ------------------ "...damn you for not giving my TEST" - Metallica "After this show i'll be fat and happy again.....If i make it to the show...." - Lee Priest "Lets put some weight on the bar.." - Shawn Ray "IT DOESN'T MATTER" - The Rock ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Add in some potasium (sp?) with the extra water and you won't get any cramping. Mainly due to an electrolite imbalance. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
