Why do you WANT a girlfriend anyway? Because it sounds cool? To make you feel good??

A good relationship can be awesome - and a girl you really care about is the best thing out there - having someone that will support you and genuinely cares about you is like nothing else there is.

But you won't find that if you are looking. You'll find another person who wants to jump into a relationship. This will lead to the aforementioned problems, because she'll be so paranoid about making the relationship "work".

A relationship works due to a certain dynamic between people. You can't force it.

Its sort of like a fight. Before it starts you know you can stop it, but then you say fuck it and go all out. Regardless of the out come.
