Am I the only one that finds this thing really annoying? I read this web forum all day at work and countless people walk by and see my screen and see the big "To Find Steroids...Click Here." No one has said anything but I know some people have seen itand I'm sure they wonder about it. I dunno I have never seen anyone else complain about it so I guess everyone else's screen is not out in plain view.     | ||

I usually scroll up to hide it, however on fri I was having a party, and I told everyone to go my member page for directions to my house, so I do a global email to my company with the URL http://www.elitefitness.com/members/johnnyo to the entire office here, and boom! we get that banner on the member page. No one said anything however.  | ||

lot's of people have complained. i posted something about it last week because my boss and a client walked up behind me as my computer froze up with that damn banner on the screen. several people replied that they had the same problem with it, but then the post mysteriously disappeared. | ||

A number of people don't like it, bottom line is they pay to advertise - and they advertise to get noticed, thats an easy way to standout - no wonder Ive seen this topic about 4 times in the past months. The last thing a paid advertiser wants yo uto do is not notice them, whether you like it or not that banner gets noticed in a BIG way lol. Slopain | ||

Exactly, I access this board at work and I'm forever having to scroll down to hide the fucking steriod banner! WTF I thought the cardinal rule of this board was NO SOURCE POSTS. I guess that only applies to those not paying advertising dollars. |
