Indica is a variety from the 30th parallel and above. They are short plants, have a shorter flowering time,and produce a heavy narcotic high. The highest THC percentage ever found(in bud not hash) was in alaska. It was a pure indica with 32% THC. That is what the cops tested it at after the guy got busted. Most "kind" bud in america ranges from 5 to 11%. You have to have a great strain, a great grower, and near perfect conditions to get your plants over 15%. Sativas are plants that originate from equatorial regions between 30 degrees north and 30 degrees south. They are tall plants, not as bushy as indicas that take a long time to mature indoors or out. The high is clear and energetic. (thai, haze, malawi gold, Swazi skunk, ect are all pure sativas. That will make you unable to sit still.) Most indoor growers use indicas because they yeild more, have a shorter flowering time and they dont get a big as sativas. It is really hard to find a good sativa due to the fact that the people who grow them are only growing for personal use most of the time. alot of people get these two mixed up so now you all know which is which. ------------------     | ||

Actually most commercial strains are hyprids(sp). Definately leaning toward the indica 75/25 sativa. Yes, pure indica will make you forget the last 5-6 hours of your life. (Afgan, purple kish, etc) I have experienced sativas, maui wowi that made me totally f**ked! Famous hyprids northern lights, haze,silver pearl, white widow, etc. If you get to Amsterdam, get jack herner. | ||

yeah alot are hybrids because the F1 seeds produced by two true breeding strains are more vigorous and make better plants. Also most of the seed banks only sell hybrids to keep the genetics of the true breeding parents. Of course once you breed two white widows together you dont have white widow anymore. The f2 seeds vary alot more in the characteristics that make white widow white widow. Same with NL or any of the hybrids. The f2 seeds arent nearly as stable. ------------------ | ||

NL rough estimate to be 7-8%. Puffed on some govt grown AK 47 this weekend, all I can say is the nug I had represented true power, it was solid, blew me off my ass. AK and Black Domina always grab me by the balls. In regards to the debate, I agree with moe, but at times it could go both ways, I have had a sativa ground me and an indica spark me up for hours but for the most part what moe said was on the $. ------------------ | ||

fuck if nl is only about 10%, then that alaskan shit must send you to the nearest shrink ward after one spliff. The goannas are out in force, went for a moauntin bike along the river yesterday,must have seen about 15 of the bastards,winter hibernation is over, so ill wrap one up and send your way moe, maybe if i wrap it in an oz of hash,customs wont find it!? | ||

well NL was devoloped in the Pacific northwest some where. It was taken to holland where sensi seeds did some work to it and made the NL#5. No one knows(the ones that due dont say) the origin or what was bred to get the original NL. Man do you know what i would give to walk out and see a fucking perente monitor! I would live in a shack with no electricity for the rest of my life if i could make it to australia. Bucky hash for some reason just hasnt found a market in most of the united states. If you are a grower however you can make as much of this fine treat as you want! You want some hash head to canada. There is a shit load there for some reason. ------------------ | ||

this post makes me sad. i miss amsterdam!!!!!!! the only pot i've been able to get in texas doesn't even deserve to be called pot. it's dirty ass mexican crap that you have to smoke a couple of bowls of to even feel anything and it gives you nasty headaches. maybe someday i'll be able to move to holland. | ||

I don't rememebr putting this much thought into it. Most of the time was glad when I had bud and spent the rest of the time looking for it. If it looked good and smelled go I was happy. I remember some brown weed that would fuk your world up.
