i just met my old friend "abs" again. hadnt seen him in a long time. hehe. amazing what a little cardio will do. and yeah i do it. dont let me walk by a full length mirror or even a decent window. i just like to see how everyone else sees me. hope thats not narcissistic. peace ------------------ | ||

For me its my back... craning my neck around for a nice back/double bi, or popping the lats out, or my favorite... arms straight out at the sides, and tense the back up a little and see those trap ridges meet up with the erectors... At the carnival one time, I went into one of those "Hall of Mirrors", I wanst seen again for 23 days... ------------------ | ||
