hey guys, i know that im off topic here.. but i was just wondering on what ya'll use to stir up your protein drinks to make -smooth creamy, thick, and rich.. heheh... i bet my blender kicks @ss over yours =p     | ||

hey bro, you can get a shaker for on the run. go to www.scitecnutrition.com they are giving away shakers or tshirts when you register for an email newsletter. cant beat that. i have a tshirt on the way. i have 2 shakers and 2 blenders. cant go wrong now. hehe. ------------------ | ||

My blender blow chunks and I need a new one. Could you brothas and sistas help me out? I have an Oster and it ALWAYS sucked so I want to get a heavy-duty industrial type that will really crush the ice. The blender gets A LOT of use around my house 'cause hubby's into trainin' too so between the two of us.....you get the idea. I had a BRAUN hand-held blender thingamajigee and it was very cool, but only lasted about 16 months or so. Let me know what you all use and what you think. MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!! | ||

I bought this shake mixer that you take with you. It's a 20oz clear thick plastic cup, with a battery operated lid. It's got a mixing prong that sticks down from the middle of the lid, 3/4 to the bottom of the cup. Hit the button on top, and it mixes shakes up good in about 45-60seconds. Runs on a couple AA batteries. Cost me $10 at GNC, I'm happy with it. Works great for me having to have shakes, in the middle of class at school. | ||

Got me a shaker in the mail. Figure I'd give it a shot. BM: I haven't seen ya round. Where ya been? Good to see ya again though. I don't know what blenders are really all that good. Just wanted to say hi. | ||

I have a Cuisinart (sp?) blender that kicks ass. Paid $110 and spent another $50 to get a second set of parts for the top half. | ||

metrx has a mobile mixer thats cool as hell if you just mix protein or mrps up. runs on batts and you drink right from it. i use a blender for fruit and ice and such. couple ice cubes or better yet, frozen yogurt and its on. some plain protein from proteinfactory and some fruit and fruit juice is the best. shakers are only good if you are on the go, need to store it in something. best bet is to premake a big batch in the blender and then store them in a shaker bottle or 2. hey bmom? how is the contest going? couldnt get the voting results from kenny's website. ive been voting ------------------ | ||

Blender here......but, for my protein shakes, I use my shaker bottle.....since I started having Sport Pharmas, Just Whey, it mixes like sugar in water in the shaker....I will never buy a differnet protein again..... shake it baby, shake it, sahke it if you can, shake like a milk shake and da nananana | ||

Thanx for the link brotha - just ordered me a blender and for $14.99 you can't beat that! I've been here, but with the kiddies beginning school and contest prep I've been too tired and dumb to intelligently string two words together! I did win first in the amatuer division in the web site contest thanx to the support of my brothas and sistas here at Elite - I'll post when they let us know what we've won ...probably a really neat T-shirt LOL! My show is 3 days away - I was a high 11% bf Monday nite - gave up two pounds of mass and only 1/2# of fat - FUCK! - that depresses me. It's so hard for me to eat enough. I mean, how much dry chicken can a girl choke down?... Ah well, I'll give it my best Sat and let you all know how I did. First, last or any place in between at least I've progressed from my last show. I got a better suit this time too!...the kind with a swoop top (cut out a bit to show the pecs) and a teeny-tiny deep V bottom to give the illusion that I actually have a midsection. All I can do is give it my best. I'll be shooting next weekend and the weekend after that so I will still have to diet, but not as rigorously THANK GOD!...nothing like a picture of a girl who looks like a cadaver, eh?!.....NOT! I'll carb up a bit so you all won't think that I'm a Chick...en! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! DQ.....HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
