I am currently 255lbs 5ft 11 1/2in with a 32inch waist. About 10-12% fat. Anybody got any Idea of the # of cal I need to intake. I would like to drop about 10 during this month off. I have plenty of disipline. Offer me some suggestions. I can force myself to eat any food if you have a good diet let me know. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Depending on your age, but as a rule of thumb you need about 2K calories a day to maintain your body weight. Also Look @ a five day protien two day carb routine, I've been using this diet pattern with some really good results. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
