yes, it is......I picked up my daughter at nursery school last week and all the 3-4 yr. olds are chanting "who let the dogs out, woof woof!" I'm like wtf!! O, to be really young again I figure when I was younger my mom must of thought I was nuts, head banging to Ozzy and mellowing out to Pink Floyd...... | ||

dread_lady - The song is by Chuck Smooth. I've heard other versions of it, also. I used the chorus of this song in one of my fitness routines. The crowd was going "who? who?" in it. It was pretty cool getting them involved. ------------------ | ||
