Has anyone sucessfully quit the habit of chewing tobacco? I've been chewing Kodiak for at least 7-8 years now and I want to stop this damn shit! If anyone has any suggestions or success stories, please feel free to reply. Thanks     | ||

I chew, and I love it, I'm not ready to quit, but since you are I highly suggest you email Green, he's got a great program to help people, now if I could only bring myself to try it.

Desire, Determination, and Substitution. You got 1 possibly 2 of the 3. You desire to quit using chew, and you won't know if you have the determination it takes until you actually stop using chew. Now for the substitution. You could use gum or anything that you can think of to replace the chew. I think that they sell some type of nic gum that you can use too. Good luck. | ||
