If any of you want to get away from the mainstream metal bands then some underground "BLACK DEATH METAL," You will not be let down. Many a day when my body tried to talk me out of going to the gym the death metal made the difference. Once the metal starts pumping into your skull you have no choice but to lift MONSTER WEIGHTS. Fuck mediocrity.

I am going to list some bands that would be of much help to you if your goal is to get massive. When your muscles are screaming in pain for you to stop the set you will push on with no fucking regard for the pain.

A great band to introduce to a new death metal patron would be SIX FEET UNDER. Heavy as all hell with torturing lyrics. Get heir album WARPATH and load the bar.

Hey in the past I have been ridiculed for my type of music so these is just a joke, dont take personally, but speaking for myself I can listen to fucking opera and still outlift any mofo in the city of Houston, strength comes from within not from what I am listening to and to add my .02 in nothing comes close to RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE. Pantara, maybe they aren't underground, but they fucking rock. I didn't even like them until I saw them live, but now I love their music, heavy shit.
