 cold sweats when sleeping?

Alot of times after a couple of hours of sleeping I wake up & my bed is wet from the sweating that starts after I start sleeping. Wondering what the hell is causing this & if anyone knows what I can do about it. ------------------ Bros before Hos    | ||

He it happens to me all the time.I usally wake up damp and cold.I have know idea what causes it.  | ||

i have the same problem, but i also sweat like all day. I would put a fan on you while you sleep. This has helped me and it might even help you sleep better. | ||

Just be aware of any other symptoms and let your doctor know when you get the chance. | ||

You must be taking extra strengh yohimbine, if you're on it I suggest you stop taking it. | ||

rexie is that stress concept really true. i have a lot of stress throughout the day, so maybe that is why i am always sweating while i sleep. anyone know any medications that can control sweating just during the day or something like that. ------------------ | ||
