I'm 5' 5" with a small-ish frame (6" wrists).
I only weigh 145lb and so would be embarassed to post any pics in this forum.
I would like to work up to a good weight and then post a pic, as a way to have a good goal to work towards. What's a goal weight for me for when I should think about posting, at my height?

Get ripped, do a show, and post pics of your show, you will earn respect. If you look like you know what you are doing and look good doing it nobody really gives a fuck about how big you are or how much you weigh. If you ask me, for your height, your weight sounds good. Get up to 190 4% and you'll look better then Oleg Zhor. Good Luck bro.
