Ok guys here it is, im 19 5'8" 158lbs and around 7 to 10% bf. i have been training for over 6 years and i have had it! I eat like a pig, i train my ass off in the gym, but the gains arent coming! i am a classic hard gainer(6 3/4 inch wrist, small frame, fast metabolism, the works!) i look muscular for my frame but it isnt enough! i fell like ive hit my natural potential, and i have to go for the gear to get where i want to be! I am a strengh trainer at a local YMCA, and have good knowledge of all aspects of bodybuilding(including juice) but not even close to some of the big guns on this board, so i am askin for some help! Because of my job getting huge quick is not an option so i need a more gradual way to go about it. I figured my best bet would be primo(for its safety and mild effetiveness) i was goin to go 12 weeks at say 200 a week. Taking Enlarge2(prolab weight gainer i sell) and then Glutamine and creatine( both prolab) as i finished the cycle. sorry for the long ass post but i needed to get this off my chest, any info is apprecatied! thanks

I would'nt recommend a 19 year old use juice but if you want some good info you should probably post this on the anabolic board.

There is no such thing as reaching your natural potential, you obviously dont have any patience and resorting to AS as an alternative is a cop out. Your young and still dont know half as much as you will in 5 more years. You say you have reached a plateau, thats fucking weak, plateaus dont exist, you have already taken a step back by acknowledging that your at a stand still, implement patience, discipline and consistency into your daily routine and you wont need that shit just yet. Be strong in the mind and show some mental toughness.

winny, primo, ultragan, masteron (good luck), and anavar all give good results without too much bulking...but i agree, 19 is pretty young....

i think the young guys should stick to growth hormone and insulin...just kidding...

GUys espeically Havoc, thanks for your insights everything is apprecaited, but i do have patience... ^ years of it!! Im supposed to be this personal trainer,. yet with my shirt on u cant even tell i have any muscle! i still look like i skinny twerp. a girl actually call me skinny last night!!!ahhh

Your system will slow and you naturally thicken with age. Your pushing for what time will give you.

There is no way your could be at your potential at 19.

I was in your boat at 19 too. I'm 32 and by no means a mountain but I'm a solid natural 195 at 5'10" and only here recently have I considered AS.

???Are you still making strength gains???

ahhhh its all very confusing, and i know u guys that are saying WAIT are just lookin out for me but i am fed up with it all, i dont want to be only 195 by the time im 32.. sorry , no offense but that is how i feeli want to be 195 now and enjoy it! Cmon guys u know how it feels!If you guys whpo dont want me to do it , give more significant reasons please. as for those who think i should go for it give me so tips please.. every thing will be taken into consideratiion!

cool thick here it goes, i currently eat as much as possible. i get 5 to 6 meals a day i dont really watch for fat( figure i need it ).i get at least my body weight in protein every day most of the time more, and i eat as much complex carbs as possible then whatever else i can fit in my mouth!! i train five days a a week pof size surge 2 program. Ieat ,trian and live the bodybuilding life, so thats about it any more questions please ask!!!

Man you think you diet hard cus you eat 5-6 times a day? I eat 6-7 times a day and I'm dieting down for a show. You should be getting something 3500-4000 cals a day bro. What you need is a personal trainer that can teach you how to eat right. I've only been lifting for little over a year, and right now am at 165 4%bf and before I started cutting I was 185 12%-14% and guess what I was when I started, 135. Diet is the key. Dude, I feel your pain man, I know a lot of guys on this board will tell you to wait.
My opinion is that you should go for it.

I'm about 5'7" 185-190lbs at 10%-12% fat.
I'm not a small guy, but I'm not big enough to stand out. The worst thing is when people ask me if I work out, and when I tell them I do, they go "no, you don't work out!" and then I have to flex an arm at them to save my pride and stuff. Just because it doesn't show through my clothes unless you know what to look for I guess.

One thing though: Don't bother with such a low dosage of Primo, you will only gain maybe 5lbs at best, and you will be frustrated. I would use 400mg Deca/Week along with 3 Dbols daily for a kicker. I can tell you from experience I planned my first cycle like you, and was not happy with the results. Also, if you're not eating right, you won't gain even if you use harsher androgens, so be absolutely sure your diet's in order...

in not trying to diet, im trying to bulk so i only keep rough numbers. like i said in trying to gain weight, so all i do is pack down the calories, and it good food too!

Tulk- Try and up your protein to at least 1.5 grams per lb. Start eating steak as frequently as possible. When you wak eup at night to take a piss, have a protein shake or some peanut butter. In your trainiong split, are you hitting each bodypart once or twice a week?

Tulk - I was 195 by say 24 or so. Recently I was as high as 208/210. I have made a move to strip and slim. I liked the mass but didn't like the stomach.
I'm not telling you not to. I would just wait a little longer. Your at your natural TEST peak now.
Tulk if you want to know when I thought I looked my best it was wrestling 168 in college. That was it - everyone who was anyone wanted in that weight class. I'll have to find some pic's

thanks guys, Thick..i know u r telling me to up my protien, but i honestly eat so much that when im done with the meal if feel sick, then 3 hours later i do it again so, i just couldnt eat any more food man!!lol
my training was a 6 day split hitting each body part every 8 days it was sing the phase 2 portion of the size surge 2 book, if that helps any.

Training looks good, hitting each bodypart once a week or so. Concentrate on large multijoint exercises lik esquats, deads, bench press, and shoulder presses. Don't be afraid to go to fast food restaurants either. they can serve their place when someone is trying to bulk up.

ok so heres is what im thinkin about..
sust 250 once a week right through for 8 weeks..?? Hows that sound?? should i go for more than that at my size or maybe throw some dbol in to start it off ?? or maybe 250 once every five days??

do not juice yet!!!!!

you don't count calories? you need to start. if you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight, simple as that.

start by counting everything you eat for a week, calories/protein/carbs/fat. since your not gaining weight, that must be your maintanance. when you get this number add 500 calories to it, this will give you a steady gain of 1lb per week. when you stop gaining, you have to add another 500 cals per day.

count protein, carbs, and fat too. i personally use 40/40/20 when bulking. thats 40% calories from protein, 40% calories from carbs, 20% calories from fat (mostly EFA's).

i would switch to a different training program, POF (size surge) is not good for gaining size IMO. you oly use 1 compound exercise per body part and 2 isolation.

use all compound exercises. ex: bench press, military press, squat, deadlift, pull ups, rows, barbell curl, close grip bench presses, etc.

whatever you do, stay away from roids for now. your 19 and you test levels are through the roof as it is. just take my advice, set up a good nutriton, training, and make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep each night, and you will gain. your body has no choice.

whats up bro i agree with alot of the bro's
that its to early,and even though you think youre busting youre ass your probably not.
we all know guys that claim they bust their ass in the gym,but our laundry day is more exausting then their workouts.

any ways if youre gonna do it,be carefull
and do it right.
500mg of sust for 8 weeks thats all a newbie needs to put on 20-30lb.no dbol no primo forget the exotic drugs just stick to the basic shit.

I just wanted to add that I also forced my body to stay at 168 for a couple years (19/21/22) for wrestling and would have gone up sooner if I hadn't done that. I think what your looking for is around the corner.

listen to cackerot on the counting calories part of it... i started to count my calories once and i was only at like 2800 and i wanter to be above 3200...so write everything down and get a small book on the calorie/protien count in each food..
