A few days ago some fat fuck with his head up his ass backed up into truck and caused $1300 dollars worth of damage. Because he's typical white trash he did not have insurence so I used my uninsured motorist claim but that still puts me out $250 deductable. My insurence company told me not to expect to recover my deductable so my question is: Would it be worth while to file a civil claim or would it be cheaper to leave the matter alone? What are the steps in filing a civil claim? I dont know any lawers, just thought some of you might have experience in this. If so, I would very much appreciate your input.     | ||

The lawyers usually work for free on this one.. they will keep about 1/2 the money they recover. It will be worth your while to talk to one to see how much money they think they can get.  | ||

Thanks Johnny O,I just did that and she said it would be best to go at it myself unless he hires a lawywer then I should too. |
