What do you think of this sly bastard of a gym manager. The story started last week when one of my the guys was called into the managers office and accussed of selling steroids in the gym, of course he was'nt and denied all knowledge of steroid use in our gym. So we were all waiting to be called for the same thing. I had my story prepared, it went like this (if I was called) "right John, stop right there, I'm calling my lawyer if you wish to repeat that accusation to him....". Anyway I get the call "Hi M........ can I have a word with you in my office please". I was ready with my lawyer line when the bastard dropped a bomb shell. He started talking about steroids in the gym, stating the gym policy on their use etc.. (it's a posh 'fitness centre' !!) then he asked me if I using steroids, I told him that what I did outside the gym was my own buissness etc. Then he said that when I left the gym the other day he noticed that I had disposed of some garbage in a bin in the car park and he said that I was one of the guys who were being watch, so he searched the bin to see what I had thrown away. Anyway, I had put some pins, barrels and some testoviron amps (used of course !!) of some deca vials into a plastic bag then put that into an empty protein bottle, so it was in a safe condition. He then produced the security video and the evidence of my steroids use to me. I went fucking ballistic, how I did'nt hit the fucker I don't know !. I told him that I thought he was a sly bastard for spying on me like that, etc.. I could'nt believe this had happened. with hind sight I supposed it was stupid to throw my gear away in the gym grounds, and thankfully he did'nt cancel my membership as I've made this gym my permanent base etc.. This has really freaked me out. I'm wondering now just what kind of scrutiny we're under in there. Would you guys change gym if this happened or would you stay there out of spite ?. BTW, he said just to take this 'little word' as a warning and I would'nt hear about it again. Of course as soon as I was outside the gym I rang all my training partners and made them awere of the 'spy' in the house. What do you guys think ?. Is this 'big brother getting og of hand' ?. I thought the security cameras in the parking lot was to protect the cars .. I would drop something really nasty in the garbage, make it look like you dropped gear in there, (spoiled damp protien powder, diapers, rotten eggs). That will make them think twice about sifting through the garbage again. | ||

Dont change gyms, I am sure everyone knows you there, by face at least, your probably comfortable there, you know where each and every weight, dumbell, barbell, machine, cardio etc is for your particular workouts that you have, if I were you just stay and put that shit in the past, next time throw away your used products in his trash can in his office.J/K. ------------------ "Indica Strains are a Blessing" | ||

Is this gym located in the basement of a church? My old gym was the best I've ever been to. Everybody got along, trained there ass off, and of course alot of juice was flying around. All was well until the owner decided to "clean" up the gym. Slowly started given members a hard time about the AS, no chalk,etc,etc. After a while everybody got fed up and left. Now his gym is clean, in fact it is so clean it is now a restaurant because the jerk off went out of business! I'm sorry to hear all of the BS you are going through, the manager shouldn't be concerned with what you are doing unless it is being done in the gym. I would just go about your business, and be more discreet about where you dispose of your waste. By the way I usually put my empties in a protein bottle too. Great idea...... ------------------ | ||

Thats the problem with the UK - Cameras everywhere. This is a hard one. How far out are your gym dues payed? I don't know what I would do but it would be some clever ass shit. I would have to get back just so the asshole didn't think he could go around fukkin with me. It would be away from the gym. Somewhere he would never think about it!! Little note - always assume that your on camera even in the states. Anymore they are everywhere you look. | ||

I don't know. He already said he was going to drop it. Fuck it, he got you. So what? Nothing happened -- you piss him off now, he might just accidentaly turn the tape over to the authorities. It's his gym and if it was his trash can that he pays a fee for, he was totally within his right to do what he did. Sucks tho' bro -- good luck. |
