AfterI play tennis or doing some cardio excarsize, my abs are realy tight like I just did crunches, sometimes it gets to real pain!!!!
Does this happen to u to?

I wouldn't worry about it .. I would think it just means that during the exercise you used your ab muscles... after a long bike ride I feel like I've worked out every single muscle, even my arms.

We all need that sixpack!

Thats happened to me before. Specially when I do some sport that require some intense running like football or soccer. If I haven't done it in awhile my lower abs just hurt. Its natural though, don't worry about it.
