I go to practice today at my highschool's field. Near the end of the practice we have to do some plyometrics. One of the exercises involves squatting to a 90 degree angle, jumpin up as high as you can, then returnin to the 90 degree angle. Well we're doin them and so many fuckers have bad form, with their knees WAY over their toes. I swear to Christ I was the only one with proper form and I can out squat all them fools. But what are they worried about? I can bench this or I can bench that. KISS MY ASS W/ YOUR BENCH PRESS. And they all either got fat legs or skinny legs. Then they're all bitchin 'My knees hurt.' NO FUCKIN SHIT THEY HURT YOU MORON!. GET THE FORM RIGHT JACK ASS. Now at the end of practice you know what do they say? Hey so and so wanna get drunk tonite? Real fuckin smart fuckin moron. Nice beer gut ya got there too. What did ya name it? Coors? Keep in mind none of them are over the age of 18 and abused the shit out of their livers. Can't wait to see these guys in ten years. Sorry to rant, but that pisses me off.

Lets get a couple things right -

Rexie I admire your effort. But shit man live a little.
You will never be able to got back to this again. It won't hurt you that much. I was all conference and almost all state if it wasn't such a political nightmare. Anyway I threw the parties - it all about how much. You don't have to get fallen down drunk. Just have one or two - never more than three. Your in great shape and the carbs will power you up thru the next practice. Our coachs used to tells us to take down pasta and beer the night before a game. Shit I know its old school.

Look I'm ten years down the road looking at them fat fucks. I can still throw down and they are what theyt were then. I just don't want you to look back and be like shit - should have or could have.
Party- chase the wemon and get some - never again will you get the chanec to let it all hang out. Not even at college - you mess up there and you are costing big money.

Train hard be great and have some fun. Its your time in the world.

Cleaner: I know what ya mean bout livin life. I go out with my friends. Go for chix and God knows I've been trying to do get some. Sometimes I drink, but never more than 2 total, just make sure I can handle it. I don't like to get drunk, it ain't for me. I come from a family history of alcoholics and drug addicts and don't want to end up where they are. I seen my family ripped to shreds over shit like too much drinkin and drugs. These guys on my team will drink themselves retarded just cause they think its cool. Thanx for your concern.

Rexie, I didnt read any replies so if this is repeated then pay no attention, next time you see them performing any type of exercise incorrectly whether it be in the gym or plyometrics tell those guys how to do it correctly, explain to them the biomechanics of the movement they are fucking up on, wheres the dipshit coach at, does he recognize the problem or is he the typical moron.

Plyos are so awesome for building explosive power. We did em' every tuesday and friday while training for football. Box jumps are the best for increasing verticals. I feel bad for the fools with the bad form. Bad form on plyometrics = knee problems, shin splints, achille's problems, etc...

Cleaner: I play ice hockey center/wing. I was gonna play football, but can't play both, work, go to school, etc. at the same time. We practice on the highschool field cause the damn district gives us jack shit when it comes to funding, but if we win a championship they suck up our ass.
Havoc: I tried to tell them, the coach tried to tell them about good form, but they don't wanna listen to anyone, some do but a very small number. The others think that they're better than everyone else and think me and the coaches don't know anything.
TD: All they were complaining of yesterday...'My knees hurt. My hip flexor's hurt. My shins hurt. etc.'
Thanx for all the input guys.
You'll love this. None of them do squats when lifting. I asked why and got the excuse that it hurts their back, its not important, or I have bad knees. When form is essetial, it is important, and squatting builds up knee strength. One kid that was on my team freshmen year was the best hitter on our team. I asked him yesterday, 'How much you puttin up for the squat?' He says "I don't squat, but bench a 240. You?" I tell him "Bench is pretty low, but I squat 395. The look on his face was priceless.
