I am doing the VA State on Sept. 9. Last year I got 2nd in heavyweight at this contest. I look better than last year, although I probably still could not beat the guy who got 1st last year. I haved had a cold the last few days which is frustrating as shit because I need to do cardio and practice my posing. I mostly just read stuff here and do not post much, partly because I am gay and do not feel very welcome or that I fit in. (Also I am 39 years old.) But I think I am a decent bodybuilder. Damn, I am running out of room for all my trophies.  Later.    | ||

Thanks guys! MrMuscle: It is not a natural contest. The VA state NPC does a neat thing...they have a natural (tested) state contest in May, then an untested one in September. After it's over, I'll try to post a pic (if I can figure out how). | ||

Hey, good luck man! Hit 'em hard and make them scream! Make sure you practice your posing...I know this sounds obvious but alot of people (myself included) get lost in the actual working-out/dieting and forget that you have to be able to "SHOW" it. I just did my third contest and the more you do, the more relaxed you are onstage. | ||
