actually it was friday for me to this week..but that changes from week to week seeing as my whole split rotates on a six day base.

I always destroy them shits on Fridays and I am sore as shit, on top of the usual soreness it feels like someone took a bat to my lower back and legs, also this board changes every time I log on.

mine legs r killing me today and i love it,shitty thing is i gotta work tommorow and the second day is always the worst for pain wont this suck,it was also my first leg day in about 2 weeks

Try to do them on Sunday. I'm in Utah and there's only like four other people lifting. NO lines for the hipsled with old bastards with the tens on each side doing calf raises.

My routine got skrewed up. I lost my morning ride like two weeks ago. I had a 3 day per week split. Now its one day. Sunday. tomorrow. so I would rather do legs than back or chest so I will do legs. I am gonna have to get a car because I am looking for a late hour job so I will not be able to work out at night. I will have to find some way to make it. I may go early on sat. but this sucks. leg day kicks ass though. I can not have any thing in my system and still want to puke my guts out. thats cool.

i began to really work legs like 2 months ago
im fucking addicted ..i try to do legs twice a week ....i am still keeping my squating weight low ..so that my form is perfect ,...that is why i can do them..like that

I blast them on wednesdays, so I'm not limping around too bad on the weekends. They're still sore till Sunday, but I usually stop limping around Friday afternoon.

I'm with PT101 on this. I start my workout week on Sunday with arms, then Monday is Legday. By Wednesday I'm suffering, but I'm set to go for the weekend.

BTW, too many guys don't work legs at all. At my gym, the bench press stations are always stacked three deep with guys waiting to work in, while the squat rack is gathering cobwebs.

That really sucks, IMO. If you ain't squattin', you ain't trainin'. It's the basis of all strength.
