my favorite bodyparts that get sore after working out are hams and calves these are extremely painful and cripple me for at least two days man i love it i actually look forward to feeling this pain at night whilst watching tv i will just lay on the couch and poke my calves for more pain my wife thinks i am sick are there any other sickos out there that enjoy this form of self torture ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I love when I get my biceps sore - that's the best feeling because with my body at least, getting those fuckers sore is very hard for me. Also lats, but not nearle as difficult. Same with calves, and I've only got delts sore a handful of times. I trained chest and tri's this morning and they're hurting already! My legs - especially hamstrings! - get that way too; best feeling in the world. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

1 gram of test in the glute, that's the soreness I like. The feeling of reaching around and squeezing all that oil through a 21g dart,mmmmm!. Then hitting a heavy legs workout. Now you'd really have 'the brotherhood walk!!'. Or winny site shots, calves or triceps, wow!. i like it when my chest and tris hurt a lot..the best is when you start to hurt like 5 hours after you workout and you know the next day you are not going to be able to move that bodypart...i dont know much about AS...do you guys inject it into the bodypart that you workout that day?? peace ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
