Athletics paid for my schooling so yes the money I spent on herb, alcohol and every time the entire team would go to this particular strip club was well worth the degrees I have.

I think it depends on the degree as to what type of job you can get. Instead of feeling cheated, you should be proud of your accomplishment b/c not everyone graduates from college!!!!

HeHe, all money was spent on weed and alcohol since my schooling was paid in advance. I got a partial scholarship and my grandmother left me college money when she died. The good thing about college is you don't have to spend that much on girls. At least, not where I went.

I went to college for two years but couldn't afford to finish.
But I still knew enough to get a job in my field and now I make more money and manage a lot of these dumb fucks with college degrees.
It's so funny because they always say to me,"Man, what school did YOU graduate from?"
Schools's a rip off.

I wouldn't trade all of the great imes in school for anything, although when you get out into the real world you definitly don't make the money that you feel you should. But, who does make the money that they feel they deserve. The millionarie count would rise awful quick. My girlfriend makes as much as I do and didn't even go to college.

I kind of like the hands on approach.
right now I have a job in Manhatan and I plan to "Climb the Corporate Ladder"
I know a lot of people who went to college for four years and now wake up every day to a job they HATE!!!

I love my job, and in four years I should be making more money that someone who just got out of college.

I'm 21 and will be retired in roughly 5 years (give or take a year) with well over 7 digits in my bank account - I'd say college was worth twice of what I paid.

Yes, the money spent in college is well worth it. Most (good) jobs I see today require a degree, alot of them saying Master's required. Get your ass in school and finish. It's something no one can ever take away from you.

Well considering nowadays, getting a job means knowing people. Im not too sure if I could justify spending thousands of dollars for schooling.
I got a job starting at $51,000 per year, because my mother was high up in the company.I no longer work there, I didnt lile it too much. But it all on who you know....

Here's the TRUTH:

I paid SHIT for my degree. (Played basketball).

My degree is in MATHEMATICS, and the job offes I had were for around $40K to start.. Big Fuckin deal. I had the chance to go overseas and play ball but I was burned out.

After a little timein the military, I got out and looked around. Again, offers for around $50K or so. Decent.

But instead I went to school and picked up some Microsoft and Cisco certifications. I am pursuing advanced certifications now. People with these Cisco certifications can START at $130K.

My degree is useless.

If you're not an IT guy, you may want to become one. If not, buy Cisco stock and hang on to it for 10 years.

Yes, for two reasons.

1. A B.S. or B.A. is a minimum requirement to get a decent job in most instances these days (at least entry level positions designed to prep you to move on up).

2. I got a lot of "excesses" out of my system before I had to enter the real world. Plus, it was too f#$@ing fun not to have gone!!
