![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We've all come across them no doubt fellas,but when these little fuckers try to impose their ideas on to you,well i piss fire.The little shit no doubttrying to impress a few people sees me squatting arse to the floor,comes up to me and starts trying to preach to me how i should do this and blah,blah,blah.So i said to him i'd been squatting 5 or 6 years and i'm fucking perfectly happy with my form.Then i said to him tell you what you show me how you think a perfect squat should be done.I'd just finished a set and there was something like 320lbs still on the bar( my 3rd set of 5).The stupid little shite took thebait hook line and sinker when i said to him he'd better use an empty bar coz your legs look very weak man.He gets under the bar hissing and puffing and with a MASSIVE scream lifted the bar of the rack.He's legs are shaking and there's a tear or two welling up in his eyes and very,very,very slowly squats down no more than 3 fucking inches and stays in that position as he slams the bar back onto the rack.Now that is how you do a proper squat he said.Well the whole gym just exploded into laughter and i was still pissing myself after my leg training listening to the little guy puking his guts up in the toilet.Laughter aside though,if you aint big enough and you aint strong enough,you know the rest fellas. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I was in my gym deadlifting. I had 6 plates on and was into my set. When I racked the bar, I sat down and stretched out a little. Some punk ass trainer comes up to me and ask me if I have been here long. Then that fuck asks if I knew I was doing those lifts wrong??!! What's up with that. He told me that lifting that weight would hurt my lower back. I was pretty tired so I couldn't go off. I realize that most of you lift a hell of alot more then that, but this douche was like 150 pounds if he held a 45 plate!!! Fuckin jerkoffs. Where do they get these trainers?? I'm a little guy myself, 5'6" and 170lbs, and I get pretty tired of people knocking the little bros. I know it was nothing personal, but if you were smaller, you'd get tired of hearing it too. I see many big guys using awful form but I never approach them cause their ego's are to big. Don't judge a guy by his size alone - he could have a genetic predisposition towards explosive muscle fibers, or he could simply be training with Olympic and multi-joint lifts. My friend who is under 170lbs does chins - and I mean real chins with a full range of motion arms straight - with a 120lb dumbell hanging off his legs, and he does them so explosively, he gets bruises on his collar bone from slamming up into the bar with such force.
