just got back from the gym..cardio and abs today..fried those bastards good..anybody got any plans for theire weekend?

Guess who? Train arms and calves today, tomorrow is leg day(fuck) and this weekend will be spent with my girl, she is on her period so hopefully Aunt Flow wont be too much for me to take, only time will reveal.

Good Question MM, My calves are so used to constant pounding that they have adapted to my training.

For Legs its:Squats, Leg Press, Single Leg Press, Leg Curls, Superset(seated leg curls and hack squats). Doing the 20 rep squat workout tomorrow with 315, its going to be hell for me.

hmm..i did calves yesterday..and i cant barely walk..and if i tried doing legs id reall be screwed...hmm..each to his own it seems

JUST GOT HOME FROM WORK.
OUR PRIME MINISTER GOT A PIE THROWN IN HIS FACE YESTERDAY BEFORE I GOT TO WORK.
WORKING SECURITY IN THE SAME BUILDING LOOKING AFTER HORSES.
THE PERSON WHO THREW THE PIE HAS BEEN CHARGED.

GOING TO THE GYM TONIGHT AROUND 7 TO WORK BACK AND THEN IT'S OFF TO WORK AT 10 PM.

I'm in the Board this AM. Working Arms tonight as I didn't get to go the gym last night.

Too early for my weekend plans, yet. I know I'll be working on my fitness routine though.

Whazzup fellas, Im here, damn, I did legs this a.m., feel'n good right now but I know theyre gonna start to tight'n up real soon. I fuk'n killed too, straight leg deads rock, felt like I was gonna blow chunks, hehehe, then I rode the bike for 20 mins, DAMN!!!! I love it, my freak'n leg veins are start'n to come through so thats whats keep'n me go'n.

If Im not around to much today have a good one bro's.
