![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I agree, I am a true believer in the push/pull, My split is: Chest-Sun Calves-Mon Back-Tues Shoulders-Wed Arms(bi and tri),Calves-Thurs Legs(most important)-Fri Sat-OFF(thank God) Different strokes for different folks but I do not believe in combining tris with chest and back with bi's, what are you people thinking, you guys who train like this need to change that shit up and dont even mention overtraining. Your breaking each of them down in the same day, Chest and tri's take away from each other, say on Chest day alone you can incline bench 275 for 5 reps and on a Tri day(no chest involved) you can do skull crushers with 135 for 12 difficult ass reps where on the 12th rep you are barely getting it up, now if you combined that there is no way your going to get your normal weight and reps, they take away from each other, why do you change shit up so often, hey bro I am just curious to find out why people train like they do, I am not right or wrong, just want to hear your justification. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well..i change it up often cuz my muscles seem to get used to the movments..and i get isck and tired of dong the same shit week in and week out.. i like to mess shit up..like i did 12 weeks with chest THEN shoulder...i couldnt lift shit when i got to shoulders..but seeing as the muscles were so pre exhausted i got them completely fatigues...the same reason im doing chest then triceps..my triceps are strong as shit..my chest weak as crap..so by liftin heavy on my chest then going for tricpes, wich makes me go lighter then usuall helps me even out my physique..i dont want be know as a "triceratops" or anything like that..i want my physique to match.. ------------------ "...damn you for not giving my TEST" - Metallica "After this show i'll be fat and happy again.....If i make it to the show...." - Lee Priest "Lets put some weight on the bar.." - Shawn Ray "IT DOESN'T MATTER" - The Rock IP: Logged |
