Its the only mucle pic that I have. I find I looked like a fat fuck! (lol) Most is on video.. I have from when I started at 16yrs old and everything 3 monthes after...I need to put them on disk the changes are remarkable. 163lbs pale skinny shit, all the way to 230lbs. With a little bit of help. Ill have them here real soon. | ||

True, I juiced when I was 17-20 In that pic I was 22. I used to be 240lbs juiced up. In that pic I was about 215-220. Im not denying anything dude. | ||

So true. Im back in the game and eating more and working out harder. Im not gonna be concerned with staying lean. Time to gain size. I trained at my old gym last night. I weighed 210lbs. 3-4 years ago when I trained there last I weighed 240lbs. What a weird feeling for people to look at me and think, "remember that guy? He was so huge..." I was a little depressed, but oh well, I got 1g of test in me. Time for the return of Steelheart! | ||

I know Im starting to train neck now. I dont think I have any pics with legs in them yet. My next picture post will have legs in them. |
