Guys-the bottom line here. If its good its good. If you limit yourself to just one then you are really missing out-not just on a piece of ass but on everything in general. Flex, You have a point that is a unique ass (takes a lot of BF in the right spots to get that effect), but I've seen White women and especially Latino women with asses just as fine if not finer if you like that look. I think today�s ideal women is a "Mrs. Potato Head" of multi-ethnic features. I mean let�s be honest Blues (light) eyes on brown skin isn't naturally occurring in Africa. And on that same token if dark skin isn't natural in Europe then why are all the white people flocking to tanning salons? As far as the my getting anywhere comment, how many times have you seen a famous black actor or Sports star roll-up to an event (Oscars, Boxing match,etc) with a White girl? Yeah, that�s me It's healing.. It was a partial tear/severe pull and no surgery was required.. it's a real humbling learning experience since pressing motions are virtually impossible for the time being. Another 2 months and I should be able to bench and overhead press again. I have managed to maintain most of my upper body mass just by doing heavy leg presses and safety squats, although my upper body strength is probably gone to shit. Damn bro, that's some scary shit, because I like going heavy on bench and incline and my arms are relatively small for the amount of weight I lift, so it feels like my chest and shoulders are stressed even further. I felt a slight pull while warming up about a month ago and took off a couple of weeks. Glad to here it is getting better. That had to be a freaky experience. IP: Logged |

Thick, You were smart to take the time off,most injuries start small and end up like mine or worse(total seperation from tendon). Mine had pulling then it felt like my chest muscle was lifting off my breast plate. I was doing I believe a 475lbs 1 rep max,I pushed through and got the lift which I think made it worse.
