oh fuck i knew that was comming, all im saying is that i wasnt sure why he was posting these pics. shit i used to look like that guy about a year ago. he should have gave more info on the pics he posted. he didnt say if he was working towards a goal he just posted pics.

I agree the guy needs to work and I am in full belief he is going to continue to work. If he post I am a big mother and then puts the pics up you can rip him all you want, but as far as I know he is just doing what i would like to see everybody do and post ther pics so we can see the change. He will be excellent one for use to watch.

Now the pressure is on bro, we are going to a be watching and waiting to see your gains.

i am 16 and i am 137 let me see what i can do for you because i was in a worse position than you...besides eating like pig eat quality foods...that is key...i am big on turkey hero's with mustard, i eat 2 steaks for a snack...and..."

Johnny O: How sweet it is bein 16 with a metabolism that moves fast as hell. Bein 16 @152 and 10% gotta say I appreciate it.
Avcodder: Eat alot of the good foods and it'll help with the wait gaining and if ya hit the weights hard and heavy, you'll see some big gains. I gaurentee it. I've grown over the years from exercisin, but the weight training just keeps bustin out more and more gains.
8th grade- (no weight liftin) 5'2" @110ish & 13-15% bf.
9th grade- (weight lifted light) 5'4"-5'5" @ 124ish & 11-12% bf.
10th grade to now- (hard weight training) 5'9" @ 152 & 10% bf.

Good to see someone young working out! Are you thinking about juicing? I was your size for awhile and wanted to juice, but I held off, thank god!... I was lifting at 15 or so and then when I hit 18 I was like 180 at 5' 10" then when I was 21 I was up to 210 at 6' just remember to take your time and lift smart....

I echo what Bikinimom said. I remember when I was 16, I ate Peanut Butter and Bananas all day long to gain weight. Are you planning on playing any sports?

Havoc is right, although you will grow rapidly at your age, don't expect to be too much bigger after two months.Give yourself say six months to make changes before you post you pics.You'll see a much greater improvement from you 1st pics.Stick to the basics, don't do any isolation excersises and eat like a mofo.Good luck, we'll be watching your progress.

Good work Bro, dont worry about people dissin you. When i was 17 to 18 I got some MegaMass 2000 I think the 4000 is better and just had a shake before i went to bed and when i woke up it helped me put on weight.

But i lost most of it a year after but try and feed your body as much as you can i found the shakes helped as you drink em rather than eat them its easy like that...!

But Dont worry you still got lots of time you will start to bulk out more when you hit 18 to 19 most people start to put on weight then I started when i was 20 and im 21 now but we are all differnt.

Avcodder: You said you have trouble eatin alot of food. Do you get filled fast or are you always hungry? A friend of mine eat like a motha and never gets fat or gains muscle. The kid can eat 13 cheeseburgers in a row and be hungry 30 min later. Just wonderin how the metabolism of a fellow 16 year old lifter works and to see how we can help you persue your goals.
