Whats a good time frame for someone new to exercise to lose 50 lbs.? Maybe go low carb, maybe ECA, thats it.

It would have to depend on how overweigh tthe person is. Someone who weighs 400 lbs could probably lose 50 lbs in a lot less time than someone who weighs, say 200-250. The biggest improvement I saw was one lady who went from 290 to 200 in a little less than a year. She did about an hour of cardio a day and changed her diet and took an ECA. The average time frame to lose 50lbs would be 6 months to a year losing 1-2 lbs per week.
