![]() ![]() ![]() It would have to depend on how overweigh tthe person is. Someone who weighs 400 lbs could probably lose 50 lbs in a lot less time than someone who weighs, say 200-250. The biggest improvement I saw was one lady who went from 290 to 200 in a little less than a year. She did about an hour of cardio a day and changed her diet and took an ECA. The average time frame to lose 50lbs would be 6 months to a year losing 1-2 lbs per week. IP: Logged |
