Funny, I was just talkin' w/the hubby about what a shame it is that we haven't taken the kiddies yet this year. We've been to the boardwalk several times - just not on the beach. My girls REALLY LOVE the water. I get to sit there unfettered, while my kids drive the hubby NUTS! Won't let him sit for a minute!!! We're takin' the kiddies to Sesame Place for my oldest's birthday and we're going to Fire Island for a couple - hopefully we'll make it to the beach before it's gets cold! I gotta say though - the sand is icky! It gets EVERYWHERE! IP: Logged |

The beach is ok. I live about an hour from south beach now. There is a beach 5 miles from here, but if you are going it might as well be south beach. I would rather have mountains!!!!! IP: Logged |

are you a son of the beach. I love that show. really though the beach is awsome. I live in ca. and I realized there is a college near the beach where I always go. I may try to apply there rather than go to a local college. sucks though because of leaving family behind but beach time. chicks. waves. yep. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I live 4 blocks from the beach, I walk it in the morning, pass it on the way to work and on the way home. Could not imagine not living on the coast. IP: Logged |

Florida Guy , you are a lucky mofo, I have surfed since I was 3 years old, I have a deep love and respect for the ocean, best surfing in Florida has to be Sebastian Inlet when theres a south wind blowing, sorry had to rant, the ocean is life in my mind. IP: Logged |
