FOr about 2 months now I've been getting so much sleep it is ridiculous. it interferes with my life. I know sleep is good for you and all, but I'm getting 12 hours on the average, up to 15 about once or twice a week. anything under 9 or 10 hours and I feel like complete shit the next day. I just turned 19, so could this be a growth spurt or something? Anything would help.

uh, yeah, i'd say thats a little much. Just try to get on a schedule, set an alarm and wake up when it goes off.....not tryin to be a smart ass or nothin, but make yourself get up after 8 hours. If i sleep more than that i always feel tired the rest of the day and shitty. Your a youngen though, hell maybe you need it. Have ya been sick or sumthin?

Damn bro that's really strange. I've been kinda having the same problem. I don't have enough free time to sleep any more hours then 9 1/2 every night but I feel like I could fucking sleep all day. And on my days off I take like a 4 hour nap and am still tired 4 hours later...?

I posted the same thing on the AS board not too long ago. I average 12 hours of sleep per night, but can go up to 15 or 16 if uninterupted. Been this way since I was a kid(now 25).

Im the same as Mr Muscle on this one. No matter what I'll wake up after my 8 hours just so I can EAT BIG. After that I'll go back for a nap if I have the time to, but again I will get up 2.5 hours later so I can eat again.

I'm 18 Miss G. I thinks it's cause I train so hard, eat soooooo much and work at a fairly physical job 40 hours/ week.

Shit...my body clock wakes me up after 6 hours of sleep regardless. I can't stay in bed any longer because I would be just laying there staring at the ceiling. I had a girlfriend once who slept like 12 hours a day. We broke up because I thought she was lazy.

Yo flex I dont blame you, If I dated a chick who slept 12 hours I would go crazy. Back in the days I dated a girl who would always wake up earlier then me and sometimes she would take a short ride to Starbucks for me and get my favorite coffee, damn I miss her.

Flex,

She was lazy.

Bucky,

Find something to do with your time. If you have that much time to sleep you are either independently wealthy or not doing shit with your time.

If I get 6 hours a night it is fucking miraculous.

Matt
