I met Flex Wheeler at a promotion for Biochem at a nutrition store in Ft.Lauderdale about 3 months ago. He was pretty nice and answered everyone's questions but he seemed like he was less than thrilled to be there. He was weighing 274 at the time. I've trained in thhe same gym as Darrem Charles and Mike Quinn as well. Quinn is permanantly offseason now, hovering between 290-310.

Here in Washington there is a big competition called the Emerald cup and dude everybody was there. I met Ronnie C., Vicki Gates, Arron Maddron, Jay Cutler, Lee Preist, Monica Brant, Shelly(?) Goggins, some asian chick i no is famous but forget her name, Gunter Schl@KEI@#, Vince Taylor (the badest guest poser I've ever seen did a Robo cop sketch where he was that badass Robot that Robo has to fight), Skip LaCour, and a shit load of people of other were awesome as fuk to look at... Mandy Blank btw is ugly as fuk in person...

Acutal bodybuilders, Lee Haney, Dorian Yates, and Paul Demayo. Also I meet a bunch of atheles and wrestlers with good bodies like Evander Holyfield, Jamal Anderson, Scott Steiner, Buff Bagwell andd others.

Dorian, Shawn Ray, Coleman Ernie Taylor, Paul Dillet, Kevin Levrone, Flex Wheeler, Chris Cormier, Nasser, Jean Piere Fux, Lee Preist, Gunther Schleirkamp, Roland Kickenger, Lee Haney, Markus Ruhl, Jay Cutler, Greg Kovaks, Aaron Muldron, Stan McCray, Melvin Anthony, Dexter Jackson, Povol Jablonicky, Flavio Baccanni, Frank Sepe, Troy ZuccalottoDave Palumbo,and Garrett Downing, I think thats about it.
