either whipped cream on her legs or quite a few beers....OH!!! you mean the food!

tastes fine to me.
try some seasoning salt. some like it with pineapples(yuck). mix it with tuna and choke it down for tons of protein. or a little spaghetti sauce...thats good.

Add some nonfat plain yogurt and fresh berries (raspberries or any other kind will do), then pour some honey on that.

I mix pineapple, or peaches, or a fruit cocktail in with mine. If you don't want to do that you can try regular old black pepper.

I like veggies in mine...fresh zuch and tomato with Mrs Dash seasoning. Or plain ol' salt and pepper. It also good in an omelette.
