I really am sick of chicken. Anyone else feel like this? I was eating chicken the other day and I took a bite and all the sudden I gaged and yaked my chicken up. Grosssssss
Anyone have any ideas on what else I can put on my chicken to make it taste better? I have been putting some seasoning on it but even that doesn't seem to work.

I got sick of chicken about a year ago. Start eating lean cuts of steak, top round, eye round, and sirloin. Try and mix it up a little. I eat chicken maybe once or twice a week. The rest of the time it's steak. Top round steak has almost the exact same nutrient profile as boneless, skinless chicken.

I heard eating to much steak is not good for you and you may develop heart problems.

It all depends on what kind of steak. Sure, if you eat a T-Bone everyday, you may develop a cholesterol problem. But there is a gargantuous difference in the nutrient breakdowns of different steaks. Whereas a T-Bone may have 25 grams of fat per 4-6 oz, Top Round has 7 grams of fat. I had my cholesterol checked a couple of months ago and it was 130, whereas 200 is average. My trigycerides where low, too.

When ever I get sick of chicken I switch to junk food. That is unless I'm doing a contest then I just tell my self to suck it up!

yeah the same thing happened to me. all i was eating was chicken breasts cooked the exact same way for about three months. then on two separate occasions i would throw it back up and out the other hole too after about 30 minutes. i would be in writhing pain from it too. now i haven't touched chicken and all i eat is steak. i never get sick of steak.
