Hit the weights hard and train hard. Right now is your best growing time. I went from 130 lbs at 16 to 210 lbs. at 29 with 8% bodyfat. I'm 5'11" To be you age with the knowledge on this board. Just work your ass off little bro. What kind of replies do you expect, you posted a picture of yourself in normal everyday clothes, what do you want us to say, you look like a person who got their picture taken, if you want a response from a bodybuilding outlook it would be you need to start hitting the weights, learn to train and eat properly if your goal is to get in shape. Thats true, but I think one thing everyone has in common is they train hard, eat hard and some if not most use AS. I think havok is trying to understand why you would share a picture that shows no muscles (not that you odnt have any but all I saw was an arm). All you have to do is eat your ass off and light weight training at this point. Give you r body lots of Protein (tuna/chicken) stay away from the fries smallfry. Slopain IP: Logged |

how developed, well, my doctor told me that I was going to be 6'3 when I was like 4, they can tell this by doing x-rays and seeing how big the spaces are between your bones, I'm sure you have had a pediatrition tell you how tall your going to be, but if not, 5'10 is pretty tall for a fish, you probably have alot more height to gain, don't know how much though, usually everyone grows a couple inches in High School. ------------------ IP: Logged |

TD - LOL - You kill me! If any of you think spinning isn't freaking grueling you've never taken a class. I HATE CARDIO and only do it when I HAVE TO!!!!! Spin requires very little coordination and you get BANG for your BUCK! I got perspiration running off of parts of my body that I didn't know had sweat glands! I feel sorry for all the people who look like they are going to fucking take off or something ..it's about control. These poor fat sweats look like they are about to drop dead of a heart attack or something. I could never figure out how these people who are in every fucking class - they even have 2 and 3 hour "specials" (WTF?) and their bodies never change; they certainly don't lose any weight. Then I asked. None of them eat for HOURS before the class, they KILL themselves working way outta their target heart rate so they die quickly (not to mention lack of quality food) and then because they have "worked so hard" they reward themselves with a bacon cheeseburger and hot fudge sundae. When I heard this my mind almost came to a screaching halt ...WHAT? Needless to say, NONE of these people perspire NEARLY as much while training, that is if they even know what a dumbbell looks like, let alone what it is used for. OOOOO! and another thing I ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY HATE (I feel a thread coming on here) is when some bitchy-ass spin instructor works up the nerve to try to yell at me (most won't even make eye contact w/me - even though I am REALLY nice and very approachable) to "push harder." Listen, bitch when you have an ass like a rock, abs of steel and arms that don't continue the wave long after you've put your arm down ...THEN you can yell at me. Until then, SHUT THE FUCK UP!
