I used to eat baby food dessert 8years ago when I needed to treat myself when I was training serious. I trained serious for 3 years and never ate anything bad except the suger in the babyfood.

Anybody ever done this?

weird...never tried it before.
how did you get into that? were you rolling through the grocery store and saw the baby food and thought it might be good or did you try it over at someone's house?

Just thought instead of eating sugar in a candy bar, that this would be the way to go if I was wanting something sweet. I got to tell you the Cherryvannila is smooth and okay/good. It kept me from cheating. I was into the training thing real serious during that time. Around 5% body fat at some points. I trained during bulking cycles at a low fat rate also. Stayed around 10%. I can not believe none of you have not added baby food to your diet. I thought many BB did this. Again this was 8years ago.

Brotha Checkmate count me amongst the queer...I love not only babyfood (never thought to use it as a "cheat food"), but farina and oatmeal as well. Matter of fact when I have to eliminate oatmeal from my diet I GET REEEEEAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL NASTY!

One of my buddies in high school used to eat one jar of the banana flavor right after the other before football practice. I tried the banana once, it wasn't bad. I didn't get into the habit of eating it, though.

I've seen a few bb w/ this in their bag behind stage @ competitions. Why do they eat it at this point? Just curious.

Fitnes1- Arnold used to eat Snicker's bars before competition to replenish depleted muscle glycogen stores. When carb depleting for an extensive period, the muscles will attain a flat appearance, even though bodyfat is decreasing. When simple carbs are taken in after a long depletion, the muscle glycogen is restored and the muscle bellies attain a larger, fuller appearance and cuts are more pronounced.
