   Someone told me that my last name "Olavesen" is very common in Norway... is that true? I think I'm the only one with that last name here in the states. IP: Logged |

Thats true man, its a Norwegian name.. I don't know about my family over there... all I know is my grand father came here sometime during WWII from "somewhere".. and my grandfather died before I was born so I can't ask him.  We're thinking he's from a city called "Fredrickstad" .. is there such as city in Norway? IP: Logged |
