Well I just finished my last injection of sust 2 weeks ago & im finishing off with
4 weeks of eq & clomid.I've trained for 7
years NATURALLY before this cycle. But now that I've done my first cycle & made such good gains.
Im worried that im gonna go into a slump & lose some of the desire to train hard like I
always have before, since I wont be on,in the back of my head I may be thinking that im
not accomplishing anything by training as hard as I did when I was on.Anyway sorry to ramble its just got me thinking thats all,
Anyone else feel the same way?Im probobly
gonna hit some creatine in a few weeks to get me thru the slump.

Dedication. You've got to want it. If you start to get burned out, try mixing things up. New excercises, legal supps, etc. Or you can always just pop in Pumping Iron. If that doesn't make you want to lift, then I don't know what will.

It sounds like you shouldn't have started in the first place. You have no dedication to the sport of bodybuilding. You should have never started if you don't have the desire to keep it going without the use of juice. Sorry but this is wrong You nust love the weights and want to destroy them everytime you wake up. Dedication to your body is your only way to live your life to the fullest.

I suggest you stop your cycle take the loss and start over. With the will to grow and love bodybuilding as a piece of your life.

Scott, I hope I didn't come across as saying that you didn't want it. You've been training for a long time now, you know what dedication is. It is very common to get a little depressed when you come off a cycle. You've just got to think back to what made you want to lift in the first place. Rediscover your dedication.

Dont try and match your workout schedule while you are off. Hit the gym 4days a week.
My best ever gains were on an every other day program. Chest/bi's/abs,then a day off.legs, then a day off.Shoulders/triceps.Day off. Back. day or two off.

Days off could be some cardio, abs,or maybe some hoops or some shit like that.one day a week was total slackerville.
If you are off the gear heavy combination exercises like deadlifts, squats, and rows will tax your recovery ability. Try to keep the intensity high and the sets on the low side-as well as the number of days in the gym (as I outlined). Give it a shot-it works!

I know the feeling scott. When your on it is hard as hell to accepts the fact that when you come off you will most likely lose some of the gains and some of the strength. Then when your off all of a sudden that 'magic' for a lack of a better word isn't there. You have to be stricter with everything diet, rest, and training schedule (dont overtrain!). You just have to do it. Its actually the most crucial time, because now you have a chance to really try and solidify those gains. Keep focused.

Man - shit happens to everyone.
I'm coming back from a month off - due to injury and vacation. I will tell you that I got bigger during that time down. My body soaked it up - I'm back in the gym and going hard agian. If it wasn't for the injury I wouldn't have taken the time down. Look back might have been a good thing.

I cant really comment cause i am just starting my first cycle next month.

Anyway just wanted to correct you about meth being made from ephedrine. It is one of the starting points only because it is easy to rearrange chemicaly to form the methamphetamine molecule. The chemical process changes it completly. Meth has no ephedrine in it. Unless the chemist doesnt know what he/she is doing. Just as much iodine is used as ephedrine and you cant say that iodine is one of the main things in meth either.(just a stickler)

7 Years naturally Well it seems you do love the sport. Just try to change your mind set to all this work is going to pay off. Stick to a schedule, And don't overtrain. What are your stats now and what dosses were you using.

Hi Scot. Your facing a problem all us 'juicer's' have to deal with. First of all, you don't have to crash off your course, if your planning another cycle soon you cab bridge this phase with clenbuterol. It will help solidify your gains during this catabolic period. Another question, have you put on any fat during your cycle ?, if so, use this period to increase your cardio and see your new muscles which are hiding under that fat. About changing your workout's ?, listen to your body. Jusy accept that things are going to change, there's nothing you can do about it. One things for damn sure, if you don't bust a ball in the gym now your going to loose all the lovely gains the sust. brought.
A finale word, have you posted this question in the anabolic board ?, I have'nt checked there yet. If you did'nt do it now. I have to wonder just how many people using this board train at all, if you're to believe all the shite talk about crack, smack, xtc, speed, hash, anal sex etc thats been posted here recently....... Anyway check out the anabolic board. And welcome to the cark side bro, you'll never be the same again.
Later
