I don't know if I'm getting sick or what. I am on a sus cycle, but I'm into week 4 so I should be past the "flu" stage. I was stoved up all weekend, and now I can't stay off the toilet. I uped my protein intake this weekend adding two bananas with each shake, and I'm wondering if thats it. I've drank about 2 gallons of water all ready today, and I still feel dehydrated as hell. I also uped my E/C/A stack to 1002mg/2730mg/650mg three times a day starting on Saturday. Maybe I'm just tired, my GF is prego and she can't sleep very well and she keeps waking me up everytime she wakes up. Any ideas? IP: Logged |

why are you taking eca with sust? sust is a bulking drug. as for the sust flu, sometimes it comes early, sometimes it doesn't. i was lucky enough to not experience it at all. maybe your overtraining... ------------------ "The greatest risk is not taking one." IP: Logged |

I'm taking the E/C/A stack along with a lowfat, quality carb, high protien diet to keep my gains quality and not water or fat gains. I know that you can't do a bulking and cutting cycle at the same time, but I'm taking in over 6000 calories a day. I want to keep my metabolism up while building quality lean muscle tissue. This is just an experiment anyway, so I'm not expecting to gain 15-20 lbs. I'm looking at 5-10 lbs. IP: Logged |

It isn't that uncommon to get sick within the first 4 weeks of a cycle. It usually occurs around the 2nd or 3rd week. What kind of gains have you made so far? IP: Logged |

My weight is exactly the same, but I am droping bodyfat like crazy. My lean muscle tissue is growing very quickly, and I've dropped 1 1/2 inches around my abs. My strength gains are moderate, but I think its too early in the cycle. I'm not using Dbol or Ref-B so that would explain the slower boost as in other cycles I've done (I didn't want all the water weight) I've been hitting the weights hard. Doing chest/tris on Monday and Thursday, shoulders/glutes/thighs on Tuesday/Friday, and back/bis on Wednesday and Saturday. I do abs/obliques/calves everyday except Sunday which is my off day. I know thats really not alot of info, but my measurement sheet is at home and I'm up for another measure on Thursday. Thanks again for your help. IP: Logged |

I know why I felt like shit. I was worn-the-fuck-out. I got home last night, went to the gym, didn't lift worth a shit but I was there, came home, layed down for a few minutes, and ...
