anybody ever use chitosol for a way to lose body fat/ weight? seen it on an info-mercial and was gonna order some but decided not to them info mercials are rip offs but wonderin if anyone has ever used it IP: Logged |

go to any gnc and buy some chitosan, same shit. what it does is absorb five times its weight in fat... so if you take a gram of the stuff, it will absorb about 5 grams of fat (45cals). do that three times a day and its an extra 135 cals a day it is absorbing and your body isnt... its not the greatest thing, but it helps. just be ready to shit!!!!!
