so what did everyone have for lunch today? or what will you be having?

I have yet to go eat and I am starving now, I was suppose to go a 1/2 hour ago!!!

My diet has been shitty lately. for reals I gotta change my shit up on Monday until my cycle mid September, get the fat down to 8% then put on some big mass.

I usually have protein shakes at work, then eat lots of steak, chicken, or fish at home. Followed by hair pie for dessert.
