As you guys probably know I'm on this board most of the nite. I have had insomnia this entire summer and have trouble gettin a regular sleepin pattern. I try to tell me parents this shit, but all I get back is "you're a bum and do nothin all day. thats why." So does anybody know any over the counter stuff I can buy to help me get back into a reg sleepin pattern? Has anybody used al luna? If so does it work? Thanx in advance for all the help.

Try melatonin. Don't exceed label recommendations. My mom had the same problem and I recommmended this to her and it helped a lot. Sweet dreams bro.

Melatonin is really good, might give you strange dreams though. Even better is l-tryptophane. Search under supps, find post by Havoc. I took this in my teens for the muscle building effects, but it made me fall asleep quickly, which I've always had issues with, as opposed to falling asleep and waking up continually. GL

Rexie317,
Ok the reason why you are feeling shit is just your outlook on life and also the way you look at yourself.

Take all you clothes off and look in the mirror what do you see...?

Are you happy with how you look..?
Are you doing well with aspects of your life..?
Do you have a goal..?
Do you have a girl if not why...?
What do i want from life...?
If i could be anything what would it be...?

Answer those questions Find direction and hit it hard and full on..!

I myself dont have any problems sleeping at all and drugs are NOT the answer so dont go taking any shit to sleep as you will develop a dependancey or addiction.

I would recomend getting a job if you dont have one and get your ass down the gym and start to work out a little this will also get you tired so you will sleep say if you do a 9 to 5 job come home and go down the gym for a hour or two by the time you get in your gonna be fucked and will sleep like a log.

I myself did not have any real direction but then i found BB i now spend most of my free time doing that and i feel better about myself now I was at the club last night and i had people saying how much better i looked and that i was putting on weight and it felt really good I also was chatted up a couple of times and it felt nice to have the attention as i have always been ignored.

You may find a differnt path such as music maybe but you need an intrest but no matter what you do i would suggest getting trim and shapey as you need to take care of your body and you dont have to have huge muscles just tighten youself up a little add a little more weight if your skinny lose some weight if your fat..! you will feel better about yourself either way.

It will also help you sleep..!
